The application itself stores its data on your device; it is distributed through Apple’s App Store.
04HOW THE APPLICATION IS SOLD
Subscriptions to FinGames are sold through Apple’s App Store, under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. For customers in France and in most European countries, the seller is Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Ireland), which acts as commissionaire: it concludes the sale in its own name on behalf of the publisher.
Payment, withdrawal and refunds are handled by Apple. The licence to use the application, its content and support are provided by the publisher.
05CONSUMER MEDIATION
If you are a consumer and a dispute with the publisher has not been resolved after a written complaint, you may refer it free of charge to the following consumer mediator:

06INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND NAMES CITED
The names of banks, investment firms, companies, schools and other organisations appear in FinGames only to refer to them. FinGames is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any of them, and their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Some illustrations, including the avatars and the logo, and part of the educational content were created with the help of generative artificial intelligence tools, then selected and integrated by the publisher.
07OPEN-SOURCE SOFTWARE AND FONTS
FinGames is built with open-source software and fonts. Their licences and copyright notices are reproduced in the application, under Settings, “Open-source licences”.
